Reflection:

      Like in the article said this is design to track down criminal, theft who stole money from bank or dirty money earn from illegal activities. I think many will be in favor of this idea but implementing surveillance on each individual's currency, transactions, i think no one would like that. Maybe if they follow up with an good privacy policy that's when people will accept it.
